We are a young company, grown out of a project to build our own passive house with a minimum of resources.
From the search to build a home with a limited budget, with the largest possible volume, meeting the requirements of a passive house and with the greatest structural stability, after 3 years of study we developed a system-build method in which we combine simplicity and flexibility with a semi-industrial construction approach.
The prototype house, with a habitable surface of 450 m² and a volume of 1,300 m³, was completed — after construction of the closed building shell — on the inside by the building owner together with two fifteen-year-old adolescents over a period of 12 months, using only weekends and holidays.
One can therefore rightly speak of a showcase of a self-build home, an approach that is within reach of practically anyone.
