Our houses are certified according to the requirements of the Passive House Platform.
Every building project that wishes to claim the passive house certificate is tested against 3 certification criteria. As of 1 July 2009 these are:
- Net energy demand for heating ≤ 15 kWh/m²·year
- Air tightness n50 ≤ 0.6 h⁻¹
- Overheating frequency above 25 °C ≤ 5%
